BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS AND SCALE OF CHARGES
To ensure participation in the Hanwell Carnival and Show all booking forms and cheques must be returned no later than 20th March 2002.
Requests for specific site locations can not be guaranteed, Hanwell Carnival and Show reserve the right to make changes to the showground layout due to circumstances beyond their control, however even if the layout is changed we will make every effort to locate a site in the general area required. Site are available in depths of 24ft. The minimum frontage bookable is 10ft. Where it is intended to keep vehicles or trailers on your site, either as an integral part of the stand or merely for convenience, you must ensure that the size booked is large enough to accommodate the vehicle into position as the site adjacent to you may already be occupied by the time you arrive. If you intend to erect a marquee on your site please ensure that the size of the site booked is sufficient to include guy ropes etc. ANY TRADERS WHICH DO NOT ALLOW ENOUGH SPACE AND OVERLAP ONTO OTHER SITES WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE IMMEDIATELY. All exhibitors will receive the set number of programmes as detailed below, according to size of site chosen. Programmes sell at 50p each and the sales from this charge will compensate a percentage cost of your site payment. CHARGES
The above charges are for one day only .Please note that the allocation of programmes are per site and one allocation per charity. Once vehicles have been unloaded they must be removed from the showground and parked in the car park by 12.00 noon on Saturday 15th June and are not permitted to re-enter the park until 6.30 p.m.Car Park passes will only be issued if requested on the booking form.
